Enjoy the convenience of not needing a reservation with our Open Contrast Therapy model at Firefly Spa. Our commercial grade infrared sauna is set at 150° F, seats 10 comfortably with an interior height of 6.6' (80"). After your sauna, cold plunge in our tubs at temperatures between 46 - 59° F. This allows for longer immersion leading to better results from your Contrast Therapy sessions. Our tubs can accommodate guests up to 6'7" in height and up to 375 lbs.
