- MANDATORY: If you feel lightheaded, carefully and immediately leave the sauna and ask staff for assistance.
- IMPORTANT: Do not take your cell phone into the sauna. Infrared Sauna can permanently damage your cell phone. Turn off or silence your cell phone and leave it in your locked locker
- IMPORTANT: Do not bring any electronics into the sauna. Infrared Sauna can permanently damage your electronics
- IMPORTANT: After the sauna session, let your body cool down. Wait 5-10 minutes before using the cold-water tub.
- Wear comfortable clothing, or a modest coverage bathing suit
- Do not wear shoes to avoid damaging the sauna and your shoes
- Avoid wearing jewelry to prevent burns
- Be a good neighbor and share the sauna when space is limited
